Posture is powerful for how you look and feel:

Whether you’re seated or standing lots, focus on posture!

 

Strengthening and stretching exercises such as Yoga and Pilates are a great help. You can make simple adjustments to the way you sit, stand and lie. When standing anchor the balls of your feet. Shoulders back and open chest. Hold your core.

Mind Challenge

 

Find your Why…People say you’re “Why” should make you cry but that’s not necessarily the case for you… but really focus and think about why you want to achieve a desired result.

 

It’s not all about will power, it’s your why power which will give you the will power!

Body Workout 1

 

1.) Crosshack Squats x10 5 each leg)

2.) Push Ups / Shoulder Taps x5

3.) Hip Bridges x10

 

Repeat as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes.

 

Workout 2

1.) Reverse Lunges x10 (5 each leg)

2.) Kneeling Close Grip Push Ups x10

3.) Sit Ups x10

Repeat as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes.
