I love quotes and affirmations to help boost my mental health and on days where my mental illness comes to forefront.
Whilst positive affirmations don’t always take me out of a dark spell straight away, the process of saying them like I mean them really does help.
So whether you write your mental health quotes in a notebook or stick them up around the house, or like me, you write them on mirrors and chalk boards using chalk pens… Hopefully some of my favourite mental health quotes will help inspire you because we all have mental health after all.
